While I like the fact that an article is being published about how focusing on behaviors can change a company's culture, Honeywell and its leaders should not be complimented and modeled on their values and ethics.

My father worked there for 25 years and I can tell you that these values couldn't be further from what the leaders do to succeed. I personally know many executives who served their entire careers for a local company that Honeywell acquired and then they were systematically fired and replaced with younger workers in order to not have to pay full retirement benefits to its employees. My father was one of them.

Thanks for the feedback. One would hope that a company's values (on paper) would match what they actually end up doing. If not the case, than it is nothing but hollow PR.
